I agree with those of you who shun labels. I used them in my post because many people use them for themselves, and I wanted some insight as to how the guys responding view themselves. I think there are a couple of problems with labels. First, they are often used by people to denigrate groups they believe are inferior to themselves. Second, I think sexual orientation is complex, and I don't believe three little labels (straight, gay, bi) are sufficient to describe most people. When I am asked to label my sexual orientation, I use bisexual, since it's sort of a catch all. I genuinely am sexually attracted to women, but have a stronger attraction to men. However, I am not that turned on by penetrative sex, and mostly turned on by masturbation and mutual masturbation. So, is "bisexual" really an adequate label for me? Probably not. There are guys who are attracted to women, but really get off on feet - anyone's feet. What would we call those guys? And the examples go on and on and on. So, I think labeling people is not only futile, but sort of a silly exercise. Let's just be nice to one another and enjoy life.

I have to disagree on applying "bi route" because they stroked another guy. I've stroked guys because they enjoyed it and I did it to please them. I wasn't necessarily doing it for my pleasure. Responding to 69shyguy's question, I've mostly broached the topic with guys on social media sites such as this. I simply look for guys who have similar inclinations and, hopefully, strike up a friendship with some of them. A few times, doing so has led to in-person masturbation buddies, and I continue to stay in touch with a few of them. Only a couple of times has it happened differently.
