I expose my dick in the usual places (locker room, home, a clothing optional resort I frequent,) and any medical situation I have the opportunity to expose it. I never wear underwear, so when I'm told to strip down to just my underwear, I wind up totally naked. Ii was in the hospital for a whole week recently and when I explained how uncomfortable those goddamn hospital gowns were to me, the entire staff told me that it was okay to not wear anything at all. It was a bad situation, but at least I got to spend it totally naked the whole week.
