Why dare ~ just do it

When on holiday in Sitges, Spain, a group of four of us tested that country's "no clothing" law. We walked naked for 20 minutes from a nude nightclub to our hotel, albeit at 4 in the morning. Nobody stopped us or commented. The following afternoon we walked naked for about a mile from our hotel and along the main shopping street to the Balmin nudist beaches. Again, nobody stopped us or commented.

The UK has no law about public nudity, providing a naked person does not commit public indecency (ie: appears to be sexually aroused). We intend to test it out while in the Bournemouth area next month.

While hiking naked in Spain I did get the odd adverse comment. A bylaw in Barcelona (and maybe some other places) makes it illegal there.
Ok, nudity isn't specifically illegal in the UK. But a law is used which was drafted to stop riots. It is illegal to display something in public that offends another person.

You've got it made. You can drive to UBC, park the car, wrap a beach towel or (better still) a sarong around your waist, walk down to Wreck Beach and spend as long as your like naked. You can even join in a beach BBQ late at night.

Last Friday evening (Aug 9) an old schoolfriend bet my brother and I 10 UK pounds that we wouldn't walk home naked from the local pub. Half a mile and 10 minutes later he paid us 5 UK pounds each. We have now bet him 10 UK pounds that he won't walk home naked from the edge of town, a distance of about 4 miles. I'll walk naked with him and my brother will follow in his car. Half the distance is along a dual carriageway and the remainder along country lanes. We're hoping for fine weather this coming Friday night.

We completed last Friday's dare, starting at 2 in the morning and arriving home about an hour later. We lost out escort for a few minutes as we climbed down an embankment to reach a country lane. My brother had to drive to a main exit from the highway then double back to find us. We encountered no flashing headlights, blaring horns or police.
Our next naked dare will take place soon. It will involve a 3 mile walk along the bank of the River Mersey, probably in daylight.

Not been online for a while, but did the riverbank walk with 3 friends. It took us about 75 minutes to complete the late evening outward walk, but over 2 hours to get back in the dark, due to particiating in some naked group fun on the way. Now awaiting some winter weather so that we can build a snowman on a nearby round-a-bout.

Arrangements are being made for 4 or more of us to complete and naked half marathon walk/jog (13 to 14 miles) along the foreshore, starting at Crosby Beach (north Liverpool) and finishing at Ainsdale. We're just waiting for a low tide and the weather to warm up a bit, then we'll start at about 9 p.m. (2100) and finish about 4 hours later. The car driver turn back at the haf-way point then drive to the pick-up point.

I walked home naked from the pub again last night. Then early this morning I walked naked around the village, having left all my clothes at home. It was very chilly in the moonlight.
